We are committed to provide you with the most competitive price for any of our vacation rentals and All-Inclusive Resorts.

We will match Expedia, the All-Inclusive Resort /Hotel direct webpage or any competitor site and listing

$500 hold deposit non-refundable if you do not complete the 25% deposit within the number of days in quoted. Your fully paid 25% (50% for 7 nights+) deposit is refundable 60 days before arrival, no refund if less than 60 days. Punta Cana and Mexico All-Inclusive resorts: Hard Rock, Breathless and Riu deposit(s) are fully refundable up to 10 days before check-in, No refunds for year-end holidays (December 20 to January 5) and deposits for Punta Cana private rentals. Cancellation on or after arrival, no-shows and unpaid balance 30 days before arrival, all prepaid deposits are forfeited. No credit for unused activities and/or services. Boat charters can only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and safety issues by the Local Port Authority. You and everyone in your group are urged to obtain travel insurance for protection against, among other things, illness and tropical occurrences such as hurricanes and your inability to make or complete the trip contemplated by this agreement as we do not offer refunds. Based on availability, we may reschedule, at no cost, your travel package due to hurricane activity in the Dominican Republic. Travel Protection Insurance is offered by Generali Global Assistance/CSA, 800-874-2442. If you have not booked our property directly with us or plan to reserve it on a vacation rental site, the policies on each respective site (which may be different from the above) apply.
